My experience with english.

Hello guys, in this blog i will talk about my experience with learning English in general.

I learned English by playing videogames, since I was able to play in a computer I have been exposed to English. So, for me it’s natural to understand English, and read it. What I need to improve is my vocabulary, but even in my mother’s language I need to improve my vocabulary. In general, my experience in university learning English has been tedious; I don’t really like to feel obligated to learn a language, and I feel comfortable with my base English, I don’t pronounce it very well though.

These blogs have been a good way to share with other people our experiences, and its way more didactic than just learning grammar and such like in school. I think I need to improve my pronunciation, more than my vocabulary, by actually speaking English, I hear a lot of English and read a lot too, but I barely speak, and I would need a situation where I need to speak, for example visiting an English speaking country like England or USA.

I think I use more English than Spanish outside English class. I usually watch videos and live streams in English, I prefer to play my games and have my programs in English so I understand them better, I can easily hear 50% English 40% Spanish and 10% Korean when I’m in my house. I really like Korean music and programs so I mostly hear music in Korean, and sometimes I watch Korean series, with English subtitles.

This has been the blog for today. See you next time.

  1. Great, I also feel that I need to improve my English level a lot, I think it would be a very good idea to travel to another country to do it.
